USAF Police Alumni Foundation COVID 19 Emergency Relief Application www.usafpolice.org

The USAF Police Alumni Foundation is honored to be able to assist some of our members who are suffering financial hardships as a result of unemployment due directly to the COVID 19 epidemic. Your Foundation is offering a one-time opportunity to receive a $100.00 Walmart gift card that can be used to support your family with food and essentials.

Eligible members (USAF Security Police & Security Forces Veterans) who have been let go, layed off or are otherwise at home without a paycheck, and were employed prior to the epidemic, must complete this application and provide the supporting documentation to be considered for this assistance. Unfortunately, resources are limited and we can only offer this to 25 eligible veterans.
