2019 USAF Police Alumni Reunion Schedule 

Schedule Updated - September 23, 2019 

As promised we will keep updating the schedule as we get closer - but here is the latest! 


Friday October 11

4:00 - 8:00 PM: Registration & Merchandise Sales in Hotel Lobby 

5:00 PM - 6:00  PM  Meet & greet on the patio at hotel, chips, salsa, guacamole, wings, cash bar (we will provide 2 drink tickets to each registered guest)  

Saturday October 12 -

USAF Police Alumni Association & Foundation annual board & business meeting

Tentative agenda: 

7:30 to 8:00 AM -  breakfast for board members only - 

8:00 AM - 9:00 AM: Continental Breakfast, Coffee for all attendees. 

9:00 AM - USAF Police Alumni Association & Foundation Annual Business Meeting  
Opening Ceremony - Presentation of the Colors - Pledge of Allegiance  
Opening Prayer - Alumni Chaplain Derek Boyle 
Introduction of the Board of Directors - John Shanks
State of the Association - John Shanks, Founder & Co-Chair

5:30 - 9:00 PM:  USAF Police Alumni Association - 5 Year Anniversary Celebration and All USAF Police Reunion: 
Location - Alamo Beer Company & Brewery, 202 Lamar St. San Antonio, TX 

Sunday October 12

09:00 - 10:30 AM:  Memorial Service:  Chaplain Derek Boyle Sunday morning we will hold a memorial service on the steps on the Security Forces Museum on Lackland AFB (**The Museum WILL NOT be Open) . 

The reunion ends at the completion of the memorial service so you can continue to enjoy all that south Texas and San Antonio has to offer on Sunday and Monday - Enjoy the weekend.​
